Dancing everyday will change your life. It sounds too simple, too easy, and too stupid. Sometime the stupidest, most simple solutions are the most potent. When I say my life is completely unrecognizable when I began daily dancing for 20 minutes, I know it sounds like an actually joke.
I shaved my head in December 2020, and began taking 20 minutes everyday to dance. Initially, it was just as a way for creative expression and exercise while in lockdown. Then, my intuition, magic, clarity, and manifestation abilities began to skyrocket. I started to really explore this dance, and document what was happening in my life. I began writing affirmations, and scripting lofty financial money goals. Friends, when evyerhting I was writing down became my actual reality I felt like I was living in X-Games Mode.
Even now, being so in tune with my body and suboconscious can be exhausting, but dancing was the one thing that I was able to come back to. The one thing I was able to trust myself with. My mind would get worried and filled with anxiety, but when I came back to my body- things would start coming up that I was not expecting. All I could do was honor the feelings and the experience, and let myself surrender into the moment of sadness, anger, joy, drama, peace, helplessness, or confusion.
